Forno offers European-style pizza and breads in a unique setting in the beautiful village of Westport, ON.
Pizza has been my family passion for over 15 years, making pizzas wherever we moved for work as geologists and embracing local cultures and ingredients. Living in Portugal, we grew accustomed to daily, fresh sourdough bread from our local village bakery. After we returned to Canada I was inspired to recreate the tastes we missed.
Forno was launched at Westport Market in Spring 2023, and the response from the local community was so positive we took the plunge to develop a storefront and restaurant, which after a long construction process finally fully opened in May 2025.
Behind the new launch of Forno is an incredibly hard-working, dedicated and passionate team who bring fresh ideas and experiences to our menu. We will continue to grow and embrace inspiration from the people and places around us!
